According to Sarah, if someone miss-called you, you have to miss-call that person back. Or else you are doomed and you just lost a friend. Even if it's someone you don't know.
I've never heard of such rule but Sarah claimed it's one of the typical unspoken rule by Bruneian teens. Well, Sarah...YOU should know. *coughpoklencough*
Since I don't know any more of those weird rules, I'll leave that section to Sarah, seeing that she's the expert on that.
Anyway, here are the other interesting things asked by our fellow Bruneians (along with crappy English translation. Go me.) :
- "Bangun ko kah?" = "Are you awake?"
-usually when you answer phonecalls. - (or "Tidur kau sudah?" = "Are you asleep?")
- "Balik kau sudah?" = "Are you home yet?"
-usually when you're still at school waiting for your dad/mom/driver/random dude to pick you up. - "Eh, kau masih sini?" = "Eh, you're still here?"
-same scenario as above. - "Nyaman tah?" = "Is it good?"
-when you're almost done eating something. - "Bukannya kau inda suka makan atukan?" = "I thought you don't like to eat that"
-When you're eating *insert whatever food you're eating*
There are more but I have a retarded memory so I'll have to ask the others to continue the list.
Is this even appropriate for our blog? haha oh well. There's always the delete button ;)
